<p align="justify"> 日前，我市召开大抓基层组织年“互看互学”观摩会暨乡镇（街道）书记交流会。当天上午，市委常委、组织部长陈玲玲带领与会领导干部来到我区金沃精工机械有限公司和荷花党群服务中心，实地观摩考察基层组织建设工作。区委书记祝晓农，区委常委、组织部长姜海洋陪同考察。</p>
<p align="justify"> 衢州金沃精工机械有限公司是市高新技术企业和浙江省科技型中小企业，公司于2014年成立党支部，通过构建组织畅通、文化融通、党群沟通、社企互通为主要内容的“四通”党建工作法，把党建工作延伸覆盖到企业生产、经营、管理等各个环节，实现企业生产与党建工作的互动双赢。陈玲玲一行来到航埠工业功能区，详细了解金沃精工公司的基层党组织建设情况。在公司“示范之星”展板前，听说很多优秀员工也是党员，陈玲玲向公司总经理郑立成建议，进一步利用党员“示范之星”，引导带动员工积极投入到工作中。她还叮嘱相关干部，要把企业的经营管理与党组织建设有机结合，让基层党组织真正促进企业发展。</p>
<p align="justify"> 荷花党群服务中心是通过整合优化党群资源，搭建的集党员教育培训、党员组织关系转接、党内关爱帮扶、党员志愿活动开展、社情民意沟通等功能于一体的综合性、区域化、开放式的党建工作新平台，主打特色亮点是“365兰花热线”服务品牌。在荷花党群服务中心，陈玲玲一边查看该中心建设情况，一边听取工作人员介绍中心党建的特色做法。陈玲玲指出，“兰花热线”已经成为党员志愿服务的知名品牌，下步要在兰花热线服务团队中加强党的组织覆盖，形成“1+N”的组织架构，把兰花热线和中心服务更好地结合起来，让“兰花”更好地发挥作用。</p>
