<p align="justify"> 近日，市政府咨询委主任黄会荣、副主任周鸿富一行来我区开展“绿水青山就是金山银山”课题调研，重点研讨将绿水青山转化为金山银山的路径。区领导徐延山、张军，区咨询委主任郑时宏、副主任徐国庆等参加调研座谈会。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，区长徐延山介绍了柯城在保护绿水青山和把绿水青山转化为金山银山方面进行的探索、涌现的典型和面临的挑战，提出了打响生态牌，打好产业转型、环境治理、民生发展组合拳，打造生态典型等下步工作思路建议。与会的农业、林业、旅游、水利、农办等相关部门和沟溪乡领导干部也结合工作实际，提出了自己的看法建议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 市咨询委领导认真记录与会人员的发言内容，对我区发展乡村休闲旅游、建立村级生态家园协会、实行橘园钻孔施肥等做法给予肯定。黄会荣说，柯城围绕“绿水青山就是金山银山”开展的工作有特色、有声势、有深度、有成效。下步要进一步拓宽视野，注重融合和长远收益，着力促进农民增收致富。要重视规划和人才，加强技术创新，出台激励机制，将绿水青山真正转化为金山银山。</p>
