<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作推进会。区委书记祝晓农强调，花园、衢化街道及相关部门要进一步提振信心，增强决心，保质保量完成征迁任务。区长徐延山主持会议，副区长汪土祥参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，衢化路沿线改造提升工作实施范围包括：衢化路沿线北起浙西大道，南至崇文大桥桥头，全长5.39公里；物流大道沿线东起滨港南路，西至巨化厂前路，全长4.05公里。实施范围涉及我区花园街道花园村、平园村、上洋村、叶篷村以及衢化街道孔家村、溪东埂村共6个行政村，需征收土地约624亩，拆除各类房屋建筑面积约8.9万平方米，要求在10月底前完成房屋腾空拆除工作，年底前完成净地交付。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，衢化路沿线改造提升是市委、市政府新“十大专项工作”之一，也是进一步提升城市形象、促进产业转型的有力举措。7月1日，市政府对沿线的征迁实施范围作了一定调整，并对征迁工作提出了新的要求。做好这项工作时间紧、任务重，花园、衢化街道及相关部门要进一步统一思想，咬紧牙关，克难攻坚，集中精力全力推进征迁工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要进一步摸清底子，倒排时间计划，加快征迁工作进度，以重点、难点的突破带动全局工作，在政策执行上严格按照规定，坚持“一把尺子量到底”。要进一步做细工作，党员干部要带头做好群众思想工作，坚持依法依规征迁，并做好社会风险评估和突发事件应急预案，确保出现问题第一时间妥善处理,使百姓真正理解、支持、配合征迁工作。要进一步担实责任，做实工作，广泛宣传征迁工作的目的和意义，同时采取严格的督查措施，对进度慢的进行专项督办，对遇到问题的及时协调解决，协同推进衢化路沿线改造提升征迁工作。</p>
