<p align="justify"> 日前，市委常委、纪委书记陈欣就落实党风廉政建设“两个责任”工作来我区开展专题调研。区委书记祝晓农，区委常委、纪委书记毛霄云陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 按照上级党委、纪委的部署和要求，我区在全市率先出台了落实党风廉政建设党委主体责任和纪委监督责任的实施办法，列出党委班子、主要负责人、班子成员和纪检组长四张责任清单，并建立责任报告、追究等6项工作的配套职责。同时，组织开展两个责任落实情况的检查，督促全区70个单位制定了个性化的责任清单，实现“两个责任”全覆盖。</p>
<p align="justify"> 陈欣一行先后来到衢州专业市场城、万田乡弈园村、九华乡鲶鱼湾和妙源村等地，考察衢州邮政跨境电子商务产业园、柯城创客电子商务孵化园、中外运电子商务产业园和庙源溪流域综合治理项目推进情况，了解乡镇农村集体“阳光三资”管理服务中心和村监会建设、美丽乡村建设工作开展情况。</p>
<p align="justify"> 在随后召开的座谈会上，陈欣认真听取了我区经济社会发展、区委落实党委主体责任、区纪委履行监督责任和乡镇部门推进党风廉政建设工作汇报。他说，柯城区发展电子商务产业在全市抢占了先机，美丽乡村建设走在了全省前列，说明柯城区委区政府在贯彻省、市党委政府决策部署时态度坚决，有思路、有办法、有成效。在推进作风建设上，区委区政府高度重视，以问题为导向解决了一批突出问题，为纪委履行监督工作给予了大力支持。</p>
<p align="justify"> 就做好下步党风廉政建设工作，陈欣强调，要严守党的政治纪律和政治规矩，进一步加强党的纪律建设，唤醒党章党规意识。要抓好党委主体责任落实，一级抓一级，层层传导压力，实现责任全覆盖，让责任真正“落地生根”。要抓好纪委履行监督责任工作，切实把“三转”转到位，履行好纪委问责工作，协助抓好作风建设，加强纪律审查力度。要深化纪检监察体制改革，今年重点完善派驻机构的建设工作，结合实际同步推进纪委书记提名工作。要加强农村基层党风廉政建设，采取多种措施，提升“三资”管理水平，解决好农村基层难点问题。</p>
