<p align="center">充分肯定庙源溪石梁溪治理成效</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，市政协主席俞流传带领部分政协委员来我区开展“五水共治”专项视察活动，实地调研庙源溪、石梁溪流域综合治理情况。区领导祝晓农、郑小瑛、贵丽青、章雨土、徐小平随同视察。</p>
<p align="justify"> 俞流传一行首先来到石梁镇城西村，视察生猪禁养后由闲置猪棚改造成的画廊“尚品画艺”。走进室内，只见墙上挂满精美的画作，错落的布局、典雅的装饰充满了艺术的气息。脏臭的猪栏居然也能实现如此华丽的转身，这让视察的委员们感叹不已。</p>
<p align="justify"> 而曾经垃圾脏水入河的石梁溪经过治理，也变成了赏心悦目的“最美溪流”。“这个水真好！”俞流传一行沿着关王堰溯流而上，经司马堰、海龙堰直至坎底段，入目皆是让人心旷神怡的绿水青山，时而可见游人悠然垂钓，或有飞鸟盘旋溪上，一派天然野趣。而在溪流的节点工程金庸文化广场，还能看到借鉴麻蓬“十三太保”传统拳术的武术造型文化墙，为这条溪流增添了浓厚的文化气息。</p>
<p align="justify"> 来到另一条“最美溪流”庙源溪的鲶鱼湾段，俞流传一边听工作人员介绍庙源溪从黑臭河变身为“最美溪流”的经过，一边饶有兴致地指着规划效果图上的鲶鱼湾问：“这里为什么叫‘怀头戏影’？”工作人员介绍：“因为鲶鱼又叫怀头鱼，所以起了这个名字。”俞流传点头道，要挖掘更多的历史人文故事，增强“最美溪流”对游客的吸引力。位于庙源溪边的万田乡顺家路边村在生猪禁养后，从养猪村转型成了淘宝村，村支部书记鲁晓芳也在女儿的支持下做起了淘宝童装生意。俞流传听了她的转型经历后高兴地说：“触网不是高不可攀，要敢于尝试。”</p>
<p align="justify"> “通过治水，垃圾不见了，污水变清了，乡村变美了，百姓的幸福指数提高了。”视察中，俞流传对我区“五水共治”工作特别是庙源溪、石梁溪实行全流域治理、景观化改造后取得的显著成效给予了充分肯定。俞流传指出，“五水共治”是一场持久战、攻坚战，要继续坚持咬定目标不放松，把治水与长效管理、推动经济发展、美丽乡村建设、作风建设紧密结合起来，真正走出一条“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展新路。</p>
