<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开功能性新材料产业发展规划研讨会。区领导徐延山、叶征宇、曾宏、颜雪高与来自北京的专家团队就规划编制进行了讨论交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，今年市委市政府针对市区工业产业研究和招商工作成立了9个服务小组，其中功能性新材料产业研究和招商服务小组组长由区委常委、常务副区长叶征宇担任，我区相关部门、企业负责人为成员。为推进功能性新材料产业发展，我区委托清华大学教授高鸿锦和北京迪斯泰信息咨询有限公司编制《衢州市功能性膜材料产业发展规划（2015-2020年）》。研讨会上，北京迪斯泰信息咨询有限公司人员在前期调研的基础上，就反渗透膜（RO膜）、偏光片、电池隔膜等相关产业的发展情况、重点企业、市场需求等进行了介绍。歌瑞新材料、巨化电化厂、龙威塑胶等与会企业负责人围绕相关产业发展与专家进行了交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区长徐延山指出，功能性新材料是我市“十二五”规划期间重点培育的产业之一，具有产业链优势。相关部门既要把这次规划编制作为产业规划过程，更要作为项目谋划、项目招商、项目推进的过程。要进一步分析形势，把握机遇，了解市场需要的产品，国家对产业发展的规划导向、政策导向，以及国际国内的龙头企业、市场行情。要分析优势，把握方向，研究柯城的产业优势和基础。要突出重点，把握重点，明确适合柯城发展的产业和项目。要细化方案，转化成果，选准产业协作对象，开展项目招商，推动我区功能性新材料产业发展。</p>
