<p align="justify"> 日前，市委副书记江汛波带领市农办、环保等相关部门负责人来我区调研新农村建设工作。区委书记祝晓农、区委副书记张晓峰等陪同调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 江汛波一行先后来到沟溪乡斗目垅村、石梁镇白云村和万田乡顺家路边村等地，实地察看农村“赤膊墙”整治、农村生活垃圾分类和生活污水治理工作开展情况。在斗目垅村，部分“赤膊墙”搭起了脚手架，工人正抓紧粉刷施工。江汛波认真对比了正在粉刷和已经施工完毕的民房，看到有的民房外墙贴上了漂亮的瓷砖，而有的则粉刷得相对粗糙，他当即提出，沟溪乡要对村庄进行统一规划和设计，除了引导鼓励村民积极粉刷“赤膊墙”，还要加强指导，进一步提高“赤膊墙”粉刷的品味。</p>
<p align="justify"> “你们村有多少户？”“生活污水治理用的管材都是哪里提供的？”在白云村，江汛波一行走进农村生活污水治理工程项目部，一边翻看台账资料和工程设计图纸，一边向工作人员详细了解工程的进展情况。了解到我区继续沿用去年成熟的管理方式管理今年的农村生活污水治理工程，江汛波给予充分肯定。他说，柯城区对农村生活污水治理工程进行统一管理后，不仅能保证污水管材的质量，还能把握工程的施工进度，接下来要继续把相关政策宣传好。</p>
<p align="justify"> 走出白云村生活污水治理工程项目部，江汛波还检查了该村部分村民放在家门口的垃圾收集箱，并和村民实地交流，了解他们对垃圾收集分类的想法和建议。江汛波强调，乡镇要鼓励村民学习龙游“贺田模式”，加强对农村妇女、学生等垃圾收集分类主要人群的培训工作，引导村民养成垃圾收集分类的好习惯。</p>
