<p align="justify"> 日前，区委书记祝晓农带领发改、经信等部门负责人前往东港柯城工业园调研重点项目推进工作，并现场帮助企业协调解决问题。区委常委、柯城-余杭山海协作产业园管委会主任曾宏参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，双港管委会今年共安排了44个重点项目,计划完成年度社会固定资产投资18亿元。截至目前，双港管委会已开展外出招商活动25次，其中2个项目已签约，6个项目达成初步意向，15个项目正在跟踪对接中。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农先后走访了盛元文创、杰晟热能科技、恒裕汽车等公司，了解印刷宣传品生产线项目、壁挂炉生产建设项目、汽车制动部件项目等项目建设情况，并现场查看柯城－余杭山海协作产业园基础设施建设推进情况。“这个门牌号要抓紧装起来，不能影响业主正常的生产运行。”“企业就要试生产了，工人还没有招好，你们要想办法给他们办一场专场招聘会。”每到一处，祝晓农都认真向企业主了解项目建设中遇到的各种问题，并与随同调研的干部现场办公协调解决。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，管委会干部要继续鼓足干劲，进一步激发干事创业的激情，用心服务好企业，帮助在建或即将投产的企业解决困难，实现项目早开工、早投产、早见效。要敢于突破，打破常规，选择好的团队，抓紧推进工业园平台建设。要盯紧招商引资工作不放松，摸清家底，关注“新三板”，实现有效、精准招商。要努力推进产业转型发展，盘活存量资产，多引进以电子商务为主的“互联网+”企业。要加强干部队伍建设，多举办对企业有启发、有利干部能力提升的培训或讲座，培养一批精干、有责任心的高素质干部。</p>
