<p align="justify"> 日前，2015年“两会”议案建议提案交办会召开。区长徐延山在会上讲话，区领导胡松、张贤友、吴云林、范洁红出席会议，区委副书记张晓峰主持会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会议表彰了2014年度人大代表议案建议和政协提案办理工作先进单位和先进个人，并落实了今年人大代表议案建议和政协提案承办单位。据了解，2014年区“两会”期间，区人大代表、政协委员共提出议案、建议和提案171件。另外，市委、市政府去年交办我区市“两会”建议、提案16件。在全体承办单位的努力下，这些议案、建议和提案已经办理完毕，办结率达到100%。2015年区“两会”期间，区人大代表和政协委员共提出议案、建议和提案165件。另有市政府交办的代表建议6件、政协提案15件。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，各相关部门要将办理议案、建议和提案的过程作为推动工作落实、为民办实事和转变作风的过程。要坚持目标导向，注重办理工作的质量，真正把措施落到实处；转变工作作风，积极与代表委员、相关部门和上级部门沟通联系，注重办理工作的实效；加大督办力度，保证办理工作的效率。对市人大代表建议和政协提案，承办单位要在6月20日前将书面答复内容和代表委员已签署好的意见征询表交到区政府督查室，区人大代表建议和政协提案要在7月20日前办结。</p>
