<p align="justify"> 六、全民参保登记工作的</p>
<p align="justify"> 工作安排是怎样的？</p>
<p align="justify"> 答：1、全面推开和完成登记任务阶段（2015年底前）。在试点工作的基础上总结经验方法，全面推开登记（核对）工作，规范信息采集和录入核对工作。通过逐个单位排查、重点入户调查等方式，进行基本信息采集和补录，建成全区“社会保险基础数据库”。</p>
<p align="justify"> 2、建立登记信息数据动态管理机制阶段（2016年底前）。建立起人员增减（生死）、户籍迁移变动等依托社区（村），参保变动状态对接业务系统，结合社区（村）调查和外联系统比对的动态机制。</p>
<p align="justify"> 七、全民参保登记工作目前有什么难点，当前又需要广大居民们怎样配合这项工作呢？</p>
<p align="justify"> 答：由于这是一项全新的系统性、基础性、前瞻性的工作，各村、社区工作人员春节前已开始积极做好入户登记，以使本辖区户籍符合参保条件人员应登记尽登记。尽管如此，城区的登记工作在调查过程中仍然遇到诸多问题。比如，人户分离、空挂户现象在老城区非常多，主要是一户多宅、城市拆迁、进城务工、外出就业等多方面原因造成，此外集体户、学区房情况也不少。各社区也想了很多办法和渠道加以解决。比如，依靠本社区的综治、家庭、计生档案和民情百宝箱等档案资料，通过派出所、原工作单位查找联系电话等办法，但是实际效果仍较有限。目前，柯城区全民登记工作已处于攻坚阶段，据统计，城区仍有万余名人员联系不上。在此，我们提醒部分属于人户分离、空挂户等情况的居民，请大家互相转告，如果属于这种情况，请主动到户口所在地社区居委会办理登记手续。若因工作原因走不开，也可致电各乡镇（街道）劳保所详细告知参保相关信息。</p>
