<p align="justify"> 5月14日，我区遭遇强降雨。据全区水雨情遥测站测报，5月14日0时至12时全区平均降雨约为69.19毫米，其中降雨量最大的七里乡均良村达到112.5毫米，降雨造成石梁溪等河流水位上涨。当天上午，区长徐延山来到石梁镇，冒雨对石梁溪流域防汛抗洪工作进行检查指导。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山相继来到石梁溪蒋家新堰、海龙堰、麻蓬堰、石蜡堰、枫林堰和过溪垄水库等地查看水情，排查隐患，并现场指挥防汛工作。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，各相关部门、乡镇要强化责任意识，落实防汛应急机制。要做好水情监测，及时准确了解上游降雨及水流情况，落实好相关防汛措施。要组织人员沿河巡查，及时发现、排除安全隐患，并劝导附近村民远离河道避免危险。要及时撤离石梁溪综合整治工程中使用的机械设备和物资，加固建设中的堰坝和堤坝，确保安全度汛。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据市气象台预测，未来7天全市将会有80-120毫米的强降雨，局部可达150毫米的暴雨。面对降雨可能带来的灾害，我区积极应对，迅速行动，于5月14日15点05分启动防汛Ⅳ级应急响应，并要求有关单位及乡镇、街道加强防汛值班和巡查，严格落实防汛报告制度，全力做好防汛工作。</p>
