<p align="center">力争年底消除农村年人均收入4600元以下贫困现象</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开低收入农户脱贫解困工作推进会，贯彻落实省委省政府关于全面消除农村年人均纯收入4600元以下贫困现象的战略部署，促进低收入农户脱贫解困。区长徐延山出席会议并讲话，区委副书记张晓峰部署具体工作，区领导楼林钱、贵丽青、章雨土参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据2015年3月底调查核实，截至2014年底全区农村家庭人均纯收入4600元以下农户共有6785户14311人，其中低保五保对象4189户7180人，非低保五保对象有2596户7131人（含白云街道、新新街道和黄家街道）。根据部署，今年我区将通过开展百个机关单位干部、百家企业、百位来料加工经纪人分别结对百户低收入农户，百个公益性岗位解决百名低收入农户就业，百户低收入困难农户低保调查审核等“五百工程”，重点推进农村年人均收入4600元以下的低收入家庭增收，力争到2015年底，实现全区低收入农户增收15%以上，50%以上低收入农户家庭年人均纯收入超过8000元，全面消除农村家庭年人均收入4600元以下的贫困现象。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山强调，全面消除年人均收入低于4600元的贫困现象，既是政治责任，也是民心工程。大家要进一步深化认识，做到真心扶贫、精准扶贫、有效扶贫。要选准帮扶对象，找准致贫原因，沉下身心结对帮扶，通过政策、结对帮扶等活动做好“输血”扶贫工作，通过壮大来料加工、农家乐、发展生产项目开展“造血”扶贫工作。要强化责任落实、督查考核和宣传发动，通过各种渠道，调动社会各界力量加入扶贫帮困行列，真正把这件好事办好、办实。</p>
