<p align="justify"> 根据省人大常委会关于省、市、区三级人大联动开展深化司法监督工作的要求，区人大常委会决定于今年4月至10月，对区法院、区检察院、柯城公安分局、柯山公安分局、经济开发区公安分局、区司法局司（执）法工作人员依法履职、公正司（执）法，防范冤假错案情况开展监督。主要内容包括：</p>
<p align="justify"> 一、规范司（执）法情况，特别是是否存在刑讯逼供和其他暴力、威胁等非法方法取证问题；</p>
<p align="justify"> 二、严格司（执）法情况，即是否存在违反规定程序办理案件，特别是办理关系案、人情案，徇私枉法等问题；</p>
<p align="justify"> 三、廉洁司（执）法情况，即是否存在贪污受贿、以案谋私、权钱权色交易和其他违反纪律等问题。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据监督工作方案的要求，为充分发扬民主、全面掌握情况，现向全区广泛征求人民群众和社会各界人士的意见。如有相关的意见和建议，请于7月10日前，向区人大常委会法工委反映，也可以向所在地的区人大代表或乡镇（街道）人大反映。</p>
