<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开“五水共治”、“三改一拆”和“大干项目”专项工作推进会，查找前一阶段存在的问题，明确目标、落实举措，进一步部署推进三项重点工作。区委书记祝晓农出席会议并讲话，区长徐延山主持会议，胡松、郑小瑛、张晓峰等区四套班子领导参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，“五水共治”、“三改一拆”和“大干项目”工作依然是今年省、市的工作重点，狠抓三项重点工作已成为新常态。全区各级各部门要始终绷紧治水拆违这根弦，保持大干快上的劲头，不能有丝毫放松。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农强调，要敢于担当，把各项措施一抓到底。在“五水共治”方面，要抓好生猪养殖整规扫尾攻坚、农村“双治”攻坚和小加工作坊整治攻坚； 对水塘等开展全面细致排查，不留死角，严防反弹；加快“最美溪流”和美丽乡村建设，提升“三换一改”，力促转型。在“三改一拆”方面，要抓重点攻难点，严格规范农村建房管理、深入推进“无违建”创建；要抓结合创特色，坚持“点线面”联动，做到拆改建结合；要抓法治强执行，严格依法办事，善于运用法律武器推进“三改一拆”工作。在“大干项目”方面，要以“双赛双比”活动为抓手，更加重视领导带头、项目谋划和储备，大力推进重点项目建设；要强化产业研究、驻点招商和招商服务，做到精准发力，提高招商实效。同时，从严落实“河长”责任、乡镇（街道）和部门责任、监督责任，层层传导压力，真正把责任落到实处。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会前，与会人员来到航埠镇万川村，现场查看了该村一处违建拆除情况。会上，播放了“五水共治”直击污点和“三改一拆”典型违建曝光视频，相关部门汇报了三项重点工作开展情况。</p>
