<p align="center">今年我区将建168个农村电子商务村级服务点</p>

<p align="justify"> 日前，我区召开电子商务进万村工程动员会，研究部署相关工作。区委书记祝晓农参加会议并讲话。区长徐延山与相关企业签订项目建设协议书。区委副书记张晓峰主持会议。区领导朱国华、王光华、徐小平出席。</p>
<p align="justify"> 根据部署，今年我区将深入实施“电子商务进万村工程”，积极培训农村电子商务人才，培育一批农村电商企业和电商发展示范乡镇（街道）、村，逐步构建高标准农产品高效畅通物流体系。计划到2015年年底，建成区级农村电子商务运营中心1个，乡镇（街道）农村电子商务指导服务中心15个，农村电子商务村级服务点168个，形成农村电子商务三级全覆盖体系。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，近年来，农村电子商务发展势头强劲，市场和发展潜力巨大。发展农村电子商务是新常态下，农业农村工作的新载体、新抓手，既方便农民生活，又可以激励年青人回家乡创业，促进产业转型，实现“宽带上增收、键盘上奔小康”。全区上下要将发展农村电商作为激发农村活力、推动农村发展的战略举措来抓，扎实做好电子商务进万村工程。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农要求，要结合乡村休闲旅游，发展特色农业，挖掘文化内涵，使电商产品和电商模式更有特色。要建立村代购员奖励机制、物流配送最后一公里机制、村代购员筛选机制、信息交流发布机制和电商村业绩考核机制，加快建设电商三级覆盖体系，着力建设一批农村电商创业园，大力培养农村电商企业。全区各级各部门要齐心协力，强化组织领导，明确任务目标，加大政策扶持力度，注重电商人才培养，形成农村电子商务发展的强大合力。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，浙江理工大学陈雪颂教授应邀作《农村电子商务的发展与实践》讲座，介绍相关政策、农村电子商务发展历程、现有农村电商发展模式等知识。</p>
