<p align="justify"> 3月27日下午，区长徐延山赴基层对全区“三改一拆”工作进行专题调研。副区长汪土祥、贵丽青参加调研。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山一行首先来到信安街道斗潭西区和双港街道南湖春苑小区，了解我区第二批旧住宅区改造项目推进情况，随后来到航埠镇，沿老320国道查看沿线违章建筑分布情况。座谈会上，徐延山认真听取区“三改一拆”办汇报相关工作推进情况，并与相关单位就2015年“三改一拆”工作进行交流。</p>
<p align="justify"> 2014年，我区“三改一拆”工作在全市排名第一，工作成效显著。徐延山对此予以充分肯定，并就进一步做好该项工作提出要求。徐延山指出，“三改一拆”工作是我省贯彻落实党中央“四个全面”战略布局的实际行动和重要举措，大家要提高认识，咬定目标，坚定信心，全力推进“三改一拆”工作。要抓住重点，突破难点，拆除重点产业、重点路段、重点区块的违法建筑，进一步加大“三改一拆”工作的力度和进度。要加强协调，增强合力，把握好拆违和转产转业的关系、拆违和项目推进的关系、拆违和控新的关系，进一步细化拆违任务，做好规划控制区内外农民建房整治工作，完善考核督查办法和相关政策方案，确保完成今年“三改一拆”工作各项目标任务。</p></div>
