<p align="justify"> 日前，全区2015年武装工作暨国动委全体（扩大）会议在区人武部召开。区委书记、人武部第一书记祝晓农在会上讲话。区委常委、人武部政委王哲新总结部署相关工作。副区长贵丽青出席会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农说，过去一年，全区武装工作在省军区、军分区党委和市委、市政府的正确指导下，紧紧围绕强军目标，扭住作风建设，狠抓工作落实，呈现了良好的发展态势。民兵思想政治建设不断加强，民兵“红旗党支部”创建活动开展得有声有色；民兵应急分队能力水平得到有效提升，并被省军区表彰为“民兵应急连建设标兵单位”；广大民兵预备役人员在“五水共治”、“三改一拆”、大干项目等重点工作中发挥了积极作用。</p>
<p align="justify"> 祝晓农指出，武装工作事关国家安全，事关政治稳定，事关社会和谐。各级党委要提高思想认识，切实增强抓好武装工作的责任感，坚持经济建设和武装工作两手抓、两手都要硬。要突出工作重点，不断提高党管武装工作的质量效益。紧扣思想政治建设，保证党对国防后备力量的绝对领导； 紧扣队伍建设，培养一批懂武装、爱武装的带头人；着眼不辱使命，发挥好广大民兵预备役人员作用。要把握履职要求，努力形成党管武装工作的整体合力，全面推进人武工作和国防后备力量建设，为加快幸福柯城建设作出更大贡献。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上表彰了2014年度全区武装工作先进单位和先进个人。航埠镇、姜家山乡、信安街道、双港街道4个乡镇（街道）的党（工）委书记对党管武装履职情况进行了现场述职。</p></div>
