<p align="justify"> 1月29日上午，我区召开固定资产投资统计制度方法改革试点工作动员会暨培训会，学习和领会国家、省市统计局相关会议精神，贯彻落实改革试点的相关要求，并部署下步工作。区长徐延山出席会议并讲话，副区长吴云林主持会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，我区固定资产投资统计制度方法改革试点工作从1月正式开始，到2016年1月底结束。其中，“一套表”法人单位和其他有500万元及以上在建项目的法人单位按月度上报数据，小微企业上报频率为按年度上报。本次试点以法人单位为调查对象，并根据调查对象的不同，采用三种调查方法。此次改革试点工作将为2016年全面实行新的投资统计制度准备基期数据。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山指出，近年来，我区固定资产投资工作取得了明显成效，统计工作曾多次被评为全省先进。但在看到成绩的同时，大家也要认清差距，不断增强做好改革试点工作的紧迫感和责任感。本次改革试点是投资统计制度方法的创新，各乡镇（街道）、有关部门（单位）一定要高度重视，切实增强做好改革试点工作的自觉性和主动性，增强改革试点方案的针对性和操作性，确保高质量完成试点任务。</p></div>
