<p align="justify"> 按照区政府《衢州市柯城区人民政府办公室关于印发柯城区城乡困难人员医疗救助实施办法的通知》（柯政办发〔2011〕72号）文件精神，根据各乡镇、街道上报，民政局进村入户核查并提交局党组讨论，拟对以下534户困难群众实施重大疾病医疗补助，现征求广大群众的意见，将有关事项公示如下：</p>
<p align="justify"> 1、反映问题方式：在公示期限内，任何个人均可通过来信、来电、来访的形式，向区民政局反映公示对象不符的问题。反映问题提倡署报本人真实姓名。</p>
<p align="justify"> 2、要求：反映问题要实事求是，客观公正。对故意伪造事实的，一经查实，按有关规定严肃处理。</p>
<p align="justify"> 3、公示时间：从1月31日起到2月6日止，共7天。</p>
