<p align="justify"> 1月22日，我区召开衢州专业市场城概念性规划成果汇报会，听取设计单位介绍规划成果，并开展讨论。区领导祝晓农、徐延山、楼林钱、王光华、徐小平，以及市、区规划、发改、国土等相关部门负责人参加会议。</p>
<p align="justify"> 会上，3家设计单位分别介绍了各自的规划成果，相关部门从交通组织、功能配套、容积率等方面对设计方案进行了讨论，并提出修改意见。</p>
<p align="justify"> 区委书记祝晓农指出，衢州专业市场城改造提升工作是区委七届八次全会确定的三件大事之一，项目规划时，要把握好专业市场城工贸联动的功能定位，做好分地块改造和区块衔接，发挥线下交易体验感受的优势，做大体验展示空间。要将专业市场城改造提升工程与衢化路改造相结合，积极发展公共交通，利用好地下空间，充分满足客户和经营者对停车位的需求。要以市场城改造提升为契机，鼓励业主做大做强，拓展思路，以优惠政策引入相关联的产业，促进业态融合发展。要考虑客户的实际需求，完善商务、购物休闲等配套设施，提升市场吸引力。</p></div>
