<p align="justify"> 1月16日下午，区长徐延山来到石梁镇梅山村、麻蓬村等地，调研石梁溪综合整治项目沿岸绿化工程和堰坝建设情况。</p>
<p align="justify"> 据了解，石梁溪是衢江的一级支流，发源于七里乡杨梅坞，主河道长度为33.3公里，流域面积109.6平方公里。石梁溪综合整治项目整治范围为石梁镇坎底村至杭金衢高速桥，主要建设内容包括河道清淤清障、河道护岸建设、堰坝整治、生产通道建设、河岸绿化建设等。目前该工程一、二标段已开工建设，三标段已完成招投标。</p>
<p align="justify"> 徐延山一行实地查看了关王堰、海龙堰、金庸文化广场等工程建设现场，并对项目建设提出意见。徐延山指出，石梁溪综合整治项目是为民造福的民生工程，各相关单位要形成共识、营造氛围，以高标准、严要求，将项目建设成精品亮点工程。要抢抓时间、加快进度，建立奖励制度，利用近期天气晴好的有利时机抓紧施工。要加强监管、保证质量，做好技术指导，建立健全质量监管制度。要深化设计、细化方案，做好景观绿化等节点建设，为下步发展留足空间。</p></div>
